Out with the old! In with the old!

Well.

Since I'm back I'd better keep writing.

Corporate Towers!

It's a new era! The way we are going have our performance measured is changing. To improve morale they have made the way people treat each other a big part of our bonus calculation.

And how, pray, are we to measure this? Well I'll precis a 2 minute speech into one word:

Subjectively!

Amazing! Now that is progress.

Another subjective measure with which I can be beaten! Add that to the rest of the subjective measures and it looks like my inability to lick arse may cost me dear this year too.

Did you spill the milk? Did the milk spill?

It's 2008! My New Year's resolution? To work shorter hours. I mean fuck it, I get paid ok but life is too short to spend it all at work.

So.....what have I done lately? I mean it's only been 3 or 4 months since I wrote.

Well......

I went to San Marino. A very beautiful country.
Walked up to the beautiful castle and stayed the night inside.
Then we drove to Florence, and saw the Ponte Vecchio...
....and the awesome catherdral.
Then we drove to Pompei and saw this poor person frozen in the act of having a poo.

And then we drove to the Amalfi Coast and stayed in a beautiful 5 star hotel with this view from the balcony:

Awesome. And then we drove all the way across to the East coast then up and to the airport at Ancona. (We took the long route because of a bleeding lorry drivers strike).

And then home. Was awesome.
